    Push out anything human-dependent that doesn’t need your specific brain. If someone else can do it, they should.

    2️⃣ Document
    Write down every repeatable process. If you were hit by a bus tomorrow, could your team still run the play? If not, write it out.

    3️⃣ Delete
    If a task doesn’t move the needle, remove it. Or automate it. Dead weight drags your time and focus. Lighten the load.
